This charming Shetland Hat Pattern was designed by Susan Kroll, shepherdess of Thistlehill Farm. As stewards of land, animals, and wool our combined passion is to protect and preserve the traditions of Shetland sheep, local family farms, and small batch milling. Together we bring to you this design ready to knit in the ancient Fair Isle tradition. The stewardship now passes to you, in which we sincerely hope you will be just as enchanted as we are by the natural strength and beauty of Shetland wool.
